The flagship wine from not just this winery, but pretty much for the entire region - this rhone red blend is the stuff of legends. From a single, 5ha plot of terraced vineyards. Varieties are co-fermented depending on pick dates - in both concrete and old oak.
Another 10 years or so in the cellar will do nothing but good for this wine - but it can be positively delightful young also - ensuring a decent decant ahead of time. Watch flavours slowly unfold - black cherries, bramble, orange zest, star anise, as well as a distinct, rocky mineral note that Priorat is so famous for
