Yatbui offers free delivery on orders over HKD 1,000 to HK Island, Kowloon and New Territories. Orders under this value will be subject to a HKD 100 delivery surchage.

For remote areas an additional fee of 250 HKD will apply to: Tung Chung/ Airport, Discovery Bay, Park Island/ Ma Wan

Unforunately, we cannot deliver to outlying islands.

We are a delivery only store with no brick & mortar or warehouse pickup options at this stage.  However, we do offer onsite sales at events and markets.  Join our mailing list for info and updates here

We will refund the cost paid for the goods, including delivery fee if; the goods arrived to you not as described; or are damaged.

Your refund will be processed electronically and returned to you via the method in which you paid (this can take 5-7 days depending on your bank).

Please inspect your goods upon arrival. If there is an issue, please report within 24 hours of delivery receipt. Beyond 24 hours, refunds are at the discretion of the company.

We are able to provide a range of products and services, from simply providing stock for a party, to full service bar catering with staff, to not-boring wine tastings for corporate clients. From the Cantonese  ‘一 杯’ (yat1 bui1) meaning ‘one cup’.  It’s a nod to our home, Hong Kong with an added wink, because you know…one is never enough.
