A star producer from the Côte des Blancs, farming using Biodynamic methods. Lamandier-Bernier is a grower-producer, so all the wine they make is made from vineyards they own - which is not the norm in Champagne.
Made in an Extra-Brut style, which means it has about half the residual sugar of a big-name, Non-Vintage champagne - making it leaner and sharper on the palate.
