A crowd favourite of ours every time we open it - this blend of Nero d'Avola and Vermentino deliver just the right dose of crazy, yeasty goodness, without going too wild.
The fine spritz just accentuates the fun vibes, a wine made for all-day and all-night crushing.
Each variety was picked and fermented separately, the final wine was blended and bottled just prior to the Nero d’Avola finishing ferment to create the Petillant Naturel style sparkling.
