This is a little gem from our cellar - a couple of cases that were tucked away in the corner of our warehouse and forgotten about - the result is this super intriguing wine - still bright and fruity but with some dried herbs and roasted apple notes coming about from the bottle age
Derailer was special release white wine, a co-ferment of Fiano and Vermentino from the Riverland with Chenin Blanc from McLaren Vale (45%/35%/20%, respectively). Made with cyclists in mind as a nod to the great Australian cycling road race, The Tour Down Under.
