A blend of some SUPER rare grapes from the ever wonderful Jolie-Laide Wines. Everything fermented seperately - some carbonic for brightness, and all whole-cluster to add to the complex spice notes.
The result? A crunchy, tart number - cranberries and raspberries upfront, laced with incense, tobacco and hints of black pepper. I'd liken it a bit to Tom Holland & Zendaya's romance - I'm not sure what I love so much about it but I damn sure know I love it
