Another stunner out of the Margan stable. Working with one of the Hunter Valley's signature varieties, Shiraz, this showcases a totally different side of the variety to what you might know. Pressed off skins mid way through ferment to minimise extraction, the resulting wine is light, bright, and best drunk with a light chill.
