Grüner Veltliner grown in the Sinapius estate vineyards, wild-fermented in amphora on skins for 18 days. A structured orange wine that toes the line well between tannin and fruit - a great orange wine for beginners. A described by the winemaker; "This is Grüner with grip and grunt, a gropey dance with phenolics"
