From organic fruit grown at high altitude (770m) on the slopes of the wine worlds most famous volcano - Mt Etna. Volcanic soils lend this wine an earthy, guttural character, adding layers of complexity to a bright fruited palate and fine grained tannin structure. Extremely old vines - 130 to 140 years old!
