Architect turned winemaker David Caporaletti has found his place amongst the Adelaide Hills, and has shown a particular affliction for the Italian varieties grown around there. This blend captures a snapshot of all of them, turning them into a juicy and bright, yet still sappy and herbaceous table wine.
