There are only a handful of winemakers that are adored across the whole spectrum of wine-lovers – from conventional to natural – but Herve Souhaut is one of the them. Made from fruit grown organically in the granitic soils of the Northern Rhone, these wines are pure, elegant and full of energy.
Sainte Epine is the jewel in the crown of the estate. Made from grapes from century year old vines, and rested on fine lees for 12 months before bottling. A compelling, vibrant example of Rhone Valley wines.
