Handpicked, Biodynamically grown Grenache, fermented spontaneously with 95% whole bunches. A small, experimental batch, this wine sees no oak, instead being aged in concrete eggs for 9 months prior to bottling.
Powdery, gritty tannins and a bit more muscle than your average Grenache.
