Forget everything you know about Sauvignon Blanc. Biodynamic fruit from a single site in the very southern reaches of the Adelaide Hills, lightly skin fermented and barrel-aged. Fruit like you would expect from Savvy B - Pineapple, Gooseberry et al. - but stitched together in such a way that forces you to rethink any preconceptions you might have had. Very limited quantities.
