Once referred to as 'Hunter Riesling', Semillon has developed a stellar reputation of it's owen. Definitely not shy of acidity, Ollie Margan's 'Breaking Ground' Semillon is zippy, fresh and delicious - abundant with fresh lemon, green apples and cut grass. Chill it down, and drink it now, or grab a few bottles and stash them away for a few years - aged Semillon is an incredible (and underrated) time
