Shipping

Shipping is free to HK Island, Kowloon and New Territories for orders over 1,000 HKD, For orders less than 1,000 HKD, a 100 HKD delivery surcharge will apply.

Additional fees of 250 HKD per delivery apply for remote areas - Tung Chung/ Airport, Discovery Bay, Park Island/ Ma Wan

All orders will be fulfilled within 2-3 business days of order confirmation. We are hoping to make deliveries even faster in the future but bear with us for now! If you are after something urgently please contact us via email!

Returns

If the goods arrived to you not as described, or damaged beyond reason, we will refund the cost paid for the goods, including delivery fee. This is the actual cost paid by the consumer, after any discount or promotion, for the individual products affected. 

Please inspect your goods upon arrival. If there is an issue, please report within 24 hours of delivery receipt. Beyond 24 hours, refunds are at the discretion of the company. 

If your goods are found to be faulty, not as described or damaged beyond reason, your refund will be processed electronically via the method in which you paid. This process can take 5-7 days and may be delayed by individual banks / financial institutions beyond our control.
