A balanced and elegant Cabernet. Fermented with native yeast in steel tank and aged in neutral oak barrels. Made with minimal intervention, without any chemicals, biodiversity being a top priority. Scribe founder Andrew Mariani and his brother Adam grew up in a farming family in Winters, California, and they believe themselves to be scribes of their land, with the winery a result of their labor.
