Cabernet Franc is always able to produce interesting wines, which can occasionally be on the challenging side. Expect to see raspberries, sour cherries, and a dash of bell pepper and raspberry leaf. Sometimes, in Loire Valley Cab. Franc, this herbaceous side can be overwhelming, but in this example everything is kept perfectly in tune to create a wonderful, thoughful drinking experience
