2020 Sinapius 'Esme' Gamay
Close planted, high-density Gamay grown in Pipers Brook, Tasmania, just 5km away from the coast and the chilly Bass Strait. 100% percent whole bunch fermentation, before aging in old oak foudré and barrique. This combination of carefully tended fruit and low-intervention winemaking yields a pensive side to gamay, filled with cherries, strawberries, and fine-boned, chalky tannins.
Yatbui offers free delivery on orders over HKD 1,000 to HK Island, Kowloon and New Territories. Orders under this value will be subject to a HKD 100 delivery surchage.
For remote areas an additional fee of 250 HKD will apply to: Tung Chung/ Airport, Discovery Bay, Park Island/ Ma Wan
Unforunately, we cannot deliver to outlying islands.
