Barbera is one of these varieties that has an incredibly bright future in Australia - its natural high acidity and low tannins make it an easy option for drinkers. Margan's interpretation uses a portion of whole bunches to soften that high acidity, as well as introduce some raspberry jube notes. Aged in a combination of old French oak and stainless steel. Best llightly chilled
