A wine which is getting better each time I drink it. A leaner style, aged in seasoned oak puncheons and stainless steel, this has just the right amount of texture, and a hint of richness, but is all tart, fresh fruit characters.
More for lovers of Chablis than richer styles of Chardonnay!
