The second expression of Fernet from the engimatic Raphael Holzer - this one for fans of more intense, more bitter liqueur. Using the same alpine botanicals as the original, including the addition of chamomile, this is a modern bitter that can be mixed into cocktails, poured over ice, or simply drunk neat.
